We host a registration day in August every year, and we highly recommend you join us at that time to get the most out of the year at Cub Scouts.  We are open to registration at any time in the year though. Please follow these steps to register.

(1) Fill in these forms

There are the three documents to complete for your child's application: the Youth Application Form, the BSA Annual Health Form, and the Pack 3010 Release Form. Please print and fill them out. You can submit the forms via email (PDF) or to one of us in person at Stamford.

(2) Pay your dues

Membership dues are per year. After we receive the filled-in forms, we will send you payment instructions.

Dues for the 2019-2020 school year:
- SGD $320 per Scout (Lions - KG2, Tigers - Grade 1; Wolves - Grade 2; Bears - Grade 3; and Webelos 1 - Grade 4)
- SGD $275 sibling discount*
- SGD $150 Webelos II (Grade 5 only - 1/2 year program)

*If a sibling has paid the full SGD $320, any subsequent sibling qualifies for the discount.

(3) Get your uniform
The membership dues include the cap, scarf, slide, and the handbook (for Lions it includes a t-shirt, cap and handbook). The uniform is not included in the dues. For the uniform for Tigers, Wolves and Bears you will need blue shorts (school type ones are fine) and a blue cub scout shirt, and the blue cub scout belt. For Webelos the uniform is the beige scout shorts, beige scout shirt, and green scout belt.   We do keep some stock in our Pack 3010 store, or you can either order it online (go to the Boy Scouts of America online store) or leave an order with us and we will try to get it to you next time someone visits the US.

Ordering it through us will probably be around 20% more expensive, so if someone you know will be visiting the US, if may be cheaper and faster.   We also have Pack 3010 Activity T-Shirt available at our Pack Store,  which can be worn by both children and parents for den meetings, outdoor pack meetings, and other scout related activities.

(4)  Volunteer Please
Our Cub Scout Pack is run entirely by volunteers.  We all give our time so our children can experience all the benefits that Cub Scouting has to offer.    Please give your time generously.  If you are interested in becoming a Den Leader or Assistant Den Leader then please contact us - you don't need any experience.  We will require an Adult BSA Application to be completed along with the online Youth Protection Training.  There are strict guidelines in place with Cub Scouting to ensure your safety and the safety of our children.

We will also ask parents for assistance to host our Pack events.  This will include setting up the venue, helping with logistics, and packing up - if you want to help we will find a job for you.  Let us know if you have any special skills which you think could help.  All volunteers are also given the Pack 3010 Activity T-shirt to wear and keep.
